Results of the Annual General Meeting held on 30 October 2014
The Board of Directors of Parkson Retail Asia Limited is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 15 October 2014 were duly passed at the AGM held today.
